About The Position
Our Luxury Memory Care Assisted Living Community is hiring a Full-time Director of Community Relations (Senior Advisor). Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience executing the sales and marketing process in Senior Living Sales.
- Proven ability to close sales.
- Dynamic self-starter, organized and able to work as a team with internal departments.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Up-beat, polished, professional and personable demeanor.
Nice To Haves
- Memory Care experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all aspects of internal and external sales and marketing of our Senior Living Community.
- Develops and executes a quarterly marketing overview, as well as a monthly marketing plan.
- Evaluates and identifies occupancy strategies.
- Develops relationships with families and client prospects within the community and referral sources.
- Works on a team with another Sales Advisor in the department.
