About The Position

Our Luxury Memory Care Assisted Living Community is hiring a Full-time Director of Community Relations (Senior Advisor). We offer a flexible work schedule, corporate sales support to our Sales team members and a lucrative commission compensation package. We require experience in Senior Living. Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience executing the sales and marketing process in Senior Living Sales.
• Proven ability to close sales.
• Must be a dynamic self-starter, organized and able to work as a team with internal departments.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Qualified candidates must exhibit an up-beat, polished, professional and personable demeanor.
• Experience in Senior Living is required.

Nice To Haves

• Memory Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of internal and external sales and marketing of our Senior Living Community.
• Develops and executes a quarterly marketing overview, as well as a monthly marketing plan.
• Evaluates and identifies occupancy strategies.
• Develops relationships with families and client prospects within the community and referral sources.
