About the position
The Director of National Accounts at Comcast Business is responsible for developing and implementing strategies for the company's suite of products, focusing on the acquisition and management of large multi-site commercial accounts. This role involves leading a team of account managers, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet financial and business objectives, and influencing strategic direction across functional areas.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an annual operating budget for Product Sales.
- Assist in developing sales strategies and marketing plans.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and ensure appropriate tools are available for sales activities.
- Partner with training teams for successful training curriculum deployment.
- Organize and promote all sales activities to ensure success of the product sales campaign.
- Recruit, train, and provide leadership to Product Sales personnel.
- Manage a remote team of National Account Managers.
- Make presentations to and negotiate with executive-level customers.
- Lead the team to achieve and exceed all sales quotas and targets.
- Implement the annual tactical plan for the success of the Product Sales programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in sales or account management.
- Strong strategic selling and communication skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving growth.
