This role is responsible for setting the strategic direction for the design, development, and implementation of domain-level reports for IT Risk Management. The Director will lead a team to achieve excellence in developing and publishing accurate views of both Operational Risk and IT Risk profiles, including regional specifics. A key aspect of this role is establishing strong governance for all reports, securing necessary sign-offs from senior leaders and stakeholders. The Director will also cultivate strong relationships with diverse stakeholders across the Enterprise, emphasizing collaboration and alignment on metrics and reporting. Driving standardization, consistency, and transparency in risk reporting and insights is crucial. This includes identifying and investigating emerging risks, engaging with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create 'risk features,' and developing strategic, actionable insights. Collaboration with domain owners is essential to ensure clear messaging and accurate, sufficient reporting. The role involves providing effective challenge on risk materials before committee presentations, including preparing speaking notes and communications. A strategic approach to delivering critical Operational and IT Risk information to senior leaders, boards, and committees is required. The Director must stay informed about regulatory developments, industry best practices, and leading trends in governance. Ad-hoc assignments and resource allocation as priorities shift are also expected.
