About the position

Join Walmart's International Finance team as a Finance Director and play a pivotal role in managing insights, analytics, and communications across all international markets. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive strategic initiatives and craft executive communications within a Fortune #1 company. Our International Finance team consists of three core teams that support Walmart's global operations. As part of the Strategic Finance team, you will manage insights, analytics, and communication, acting as the liaison with all international markets. Your work will significantly impact the team's and company's goals by providing valuable financial insights and strategic direction.

Responsibilities

• Create and craft communications for executives
• Drive independent analytics and generate actionable insights
• Understand and connect the dots in financial statements
• Manage the earnings process both internally and externally
• Collaborate with international markets to align financial strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5 years' experience in accounting, finance, or relevant area OR 7 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area
• 2 years' supervisory experience
• 2 years' experience leading and completing cross-functional projects

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in merchandising operations or operations finance
• Strategic Planning
• Working in a large, complex, matrixed organization
• Masters: Business Administration
• Financial & Insurance - Certified Public Accountant - Certification
