About the position

We are looking for a Director of Creative Services to lead our design, video, and copywriting teams. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of marketing expertise and business acumen, and will be a seasoned, experienced manager of people, someone who can inspire others while taking our creative output to a new level as we continue to grow and evolve as an organization. This person in this role will be a true team leader, detail oriented and organized, have a great understanding of marketing, campaign planning, and will have an eye for creative innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead our design, video, and copywriting teams in crafting compelling creative assets for Events, digital, paid media, email and social media campaigns
  • Mentor and develop a talented team of creatives, ensuring delivery of high-quality assets
  • Champion creative excellence, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
  • Develop creative strategies that enhance brand positioning and communicate value to global audiences
  • Drive innovation and ensure alignment with the company's brand strategy and business priorities
  • Activate brand elements and apply brand guidelines and standards consistently across all work to ensure unified market presence
  • Partner closely with brand strategy team to identify opportunities to provide deeper brand guidance on the Entrust brand system
  • Partner with corporate-wide stakeholders (events, brand marketing, growth marketing, digital marketing, PR, channel, sales, and HR) to define creative strategies and tactics that align with approved program briefs
  • Manage workload resources for the team, including external agencies and partners

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or Art Direction
  • 10+ years' experience managing a team of internal and external creative resources
  • Strong communication and influence capabilities to manage multiple stakeholders and creative providers in an agile fashion
  • Experience in B2B technology businesses with global audience and complex product portfolio
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to clearly and effectively communicate the creative vision, concepts, ideas, and solutions to stakeholders and internal teams
  • Experience with workflow applications (i.e., Workfront, Asana) and digital asset management systems
  • Ability to excel in an ever changing and fast-paced team environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or Art Direction
  • Experience in cybersecurity or identity and access management industry
  • Familiarity with campaign performance metrics/analytics
  • Experience managing a budget
