About the position

The Director, Commercial Digital Solutions is responsible for overseeing the digital strategy of the Commercial Division at BOK Financial. This role involves managing the entire process from conceptualization to post-launch assessment, ensuring that client engagement is optimized through technology. The Director will collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance client experiences and operational efficiency while minimizing risks.

Responsibilities

  • Set the digital strategic vision across the Commercial Division for client-facing products.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise and line of business leaders to define and shape a digital vision and strategy.
  • Understand client needs and preferences through direct interaction and industry trends.
  • Drive the execution of the Commercial Digital roadmap and synthesize strategy and business requirements.
  • Partner with IT and key stakeholders to manage prioritization of roadmap efforts.
  • Manage operational and risk aspects of the Commercial Strategies, including Risk and Control library and Business Continuity program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technology related field.
  • 10+ years' experience in product management/owner.
  • 8+ years of progressive related experience in a digital solutions environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in leading large and complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ability to interact with colleagues at all levels, especially senior executives.
  • Strong ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus for strategic direction.
  • Knowledge of commercial banking products and services including treasury management and commercial lending.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in an agile methodology.
  • Advanced PC application skills including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and project management tools.
