About the position

PerfectVision is looking for a Director of Business Development to join our team. We are looking for the best and brightest talent in the industry and a professional who understands the value of delivering consistent results. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting and developing new points of distribution in the subscriber acquisition channel. He or she will work closely with our various interdepartmental teams to achieve success. We offer a competitive salary and bonus structure as well as benefits for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Own new dealer growth and development inclusive of all PerfectVision partner programs including Chuzo.
  • Develop, maintain, and work leads lists to generate new entrepreneurial prospects to bring into the Business.
  • Familiarize yourself with all recruiting tactics and strategies to find new subscriber acquisition entrepreneurial Prospects.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly goals as set by management in all categories including sales and gross profit, etc.
  • Communicate with prospects about program direction, deliverables, and next steps.
  • Function as a strategic business partner to grow dealers' business across all programs.
  • Be a resource for the company on subscriber acquisition.
  • Work with our internal on-boarding and legal teams on new entrepreneurial prospects.
  • Assist in special projects as requested from members of leadership.
  • Lead by example and set a high standard of accountability and integrity.
  • Identify any concerns and propose solutions.
  • Efficient organization skills.
  • Perform all other job-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate
  • Minimum five years of leadership experience with demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
  • Minimum five years of outside sales experience with demonstrated ability to increase revenue through business development.
  • Telecommunications experience required.
  • Must have a proven track record and experience closing deals.
  • Experience with distribution, wholesale, major accounts, or national account selling preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication, people, phone and computer skills.
  • Neat and professional appearance and demeanor.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
