We are seeking an exceptional Regional Manager to coach, lead and partner with our General Managers across a group of clinics in the the province of Quebec. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Strategic Growth and Commercial Operations, this pivotal role will oversee and lead a network of General Managers within our clinics, driving excellence and fostering growth across a dynamic geographic region. Victoria Park Regional Managers are key leaders responsible for developing their clinics and the team’s within. By driving operational excellence, delivering high-quality service, fostering a positive workplace culture, and achieving financial and customer service goals they will set their teams up for success. Serving as a vital link between corporate head office and the General Managers, Regional Managers provide the feedback loop that ensures timely insights are shared and that company standards, policies, and goals are executed and that there is alignment in all we do as we strive towards a common objective. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of leadership, coach, sales, and customer experience. You are entrepreneurial, a multi-tasker and driven. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 8+ years of management experience in a multi-location, service-oriented business
  • Proven track record of leading and developing management teams
  • Experience managing P&L, budgeting, and operational performance metrics
  • Strong background in customer service and operational excellence
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with a focus on coaching and team development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to execute operational plans effectively
  • Financial acumen with the ability to analyze reports and manage budgets
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities

Nice To Haves

  • Experince with clinic build outs would be considered a strong asset
  • Bilingualism in French and English would be considered an asset

Responsibilities

  • Directly manage and support General Managers in their oversight of day-to-day operations.
  • Provide timely coaching, mentoring, and leadership development to enhance the performance of General Managers and develop talent.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and set clear expectations for operational performance.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement thru hand’s on approach, supportive insights and transparency.
  • Ensure each location within the region understand expectations, provides clarity that results in clinics and team’s exceeding KPI’s, targets, with alignment to operational standards.
  • Collaborate with General Managers to analyze operational reports, build comprehensive business plans and implement process improvements.
  • Drive initiatives for process optimization, efficiency, and enhanced customer service delivery.
  • With curiosity identify opportunities, and gaps, and proactively mitigate risk and exploit opportunities.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
  • Set financial goals in coordination with General Managers, including revenue, profitability, and cost control.
  • Track and manage regional P&L statements to ensure locations are meeting financial targets.
  • Work with GM to Identify opportunities to increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve profitability across locations.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and opporutunities and impactfully bring forward recommendations and proposals for consideration.
  • Collaborate with Head office key stakeholders and departments to adapt to changing market and clinic changes and dynamic environment.
  • Ensure that all locations deliver exceptional service.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues in collaboration with General Managers.
  • Monitor client feedback and work with GM to implement service improvement strategies.
  • Work closely with corporate leadership to develop and execute regional strategies aligned with the company’s vision and goals.
  • Support the rollout of new company initiatives, technology, and service offerings across the region.
  • Drive the region’s growth by identifying new opportunities for market expansion and customer acquisition.
  • Partner with General Managers and HR to recruit, train, and retain top talent within each location.
  • In collaboration with training ensure that training and development programs are in place to upskill employees and maintain high service standards.
  • Collaborate with HR to address employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management and disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Partner with HR to help build and promote a positive work environment, implement strategies to improve employee engagement, and opportunities for career development.
