About The Position

Québec Linge is looking for an experienced individual who will be responsible for the overall daily supervision of drivers on assigned routes. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supervising routes in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with an impeccable driving record (we require a driving record).
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, account management, delivery driving, and/or sales.
• Over 2 years of management experience (including training and development).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position (including the ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds).
• Customer and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and manage drivers and their assigned routes.
• Develop strategies to optimize route productivity.
• Train new employees on equipment use, safety, and driving hazards.
• Ensure employee supervision and problem resolution.
• Accompany drivers to identify errors in vehicle operation or customer service.
• Lead the investigation into the causes of customer complaints.
• Assist in the research, analysis, design, and implementation of routes.
• Design and implement safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain employee and customer retention rates through active communication and problem-solving efforts.
• Create presentations and other management-level reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
