About The Position

PAI is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for their White Bear Lake location. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities. The Day Program provides life skills enrichment, vocational training, and social connections. As a DSP, you will engage participants in various activities such as music therapy, arts and crafts, cooking lessons, and community outings. Assisting with personal care is part of the role, but the primary focus is on providing compassionate care and support. PAI has been serving individuals with disabilities for over 30 years, helping them live with purpose, dignity, and joy.

Requirements

Must be 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team.
