Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years' driving experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and empathy towards individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Dependable, compassionate, and patient demeanor.
  • Ability to adapt to diverse needs, preferences, and communication styles.
  • Flexibility to handle changing environments and unexpected situations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in driving and supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Previous experience in a caregiving or support role.
