Responsibilities

• Monitor and assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Facilitate clients' access to community resources and transportation.

• Ensure cleanliness and safety of client apartments.
• Shop for food and household supplies.
• Document client activities and maintain accurate logbooks.
• Monitor and document medications as per policies.
• Respond to emergencies as directed.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• CPR and First Aid Certification (current or ability to obtain).
• Ability to pass a background check.
• No prior experience required.

Nice-to-haves

• NAR, HCA, or CNA certification (current or ability to obtain).
• Strong communication skills.
