About the position

The Direct Marketing Manager, Canvassing at Renewal by Andersen is responsible for leading a team of door-to-door canvassers to enhance local awareness and drive sales through scheduled demonstrations. This role involves hands-on leadership, talent development, operational management, and financial oversight to ensure the success of the canvassing team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Direct Marketers with a hands-on approach, providing motivation and feedback to help individuals reach performance goals.
• Recruit, hire, and train Direct Marketers ensuring a strong understanding of company products and sales methodologies.
• Build a high-performing team by providing ongoing mentorship, coaching, and development both in the office and in the field.
• Partner with senior leadership to create weekly, monthly, and yearly individual and team performance goals.
• Analyze trends and results of lead generation recommending corrective actions and opportunities to maximize sales.
• Oversee department budget including monitoring payroll expenses and Cost of Marketing.
• Coordinate canvassing logistics by utilizing company software for mapping and tracking.
• Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved for external and internal customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED).
• Minimum of three years of experience in a leadership role within canvassing or face-to-face marketing/sales programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven ability to develop, motivate, and lead high performing teams to achieve sales targets.
• Possession of a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.

Benefits

• Salary range of $65,000-$75,000 annually plus bonus.
• On-target earnings (OTE) up to $130,000 annually.
