Requirements
- Previous experience in a care giving or healthcare role preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care
- Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude
- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help clients with mobility and exercise routines as prescribed
- Perform light housekeeping and errands to support a safe and comfortable living environment
- Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate records of care and client progress
