The Independent Channel West team is responsible for optimizing sales performance, enhancing customer experience, and strengthening partnerships across Western Canada. We are a high-performing, results-driven group that values collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Together, we are building a culture of excellence, empowering our teams and partners to deliver outstanding results for our customers and communities. You’ll lead a high-impact team driving sales growth and profitability across independent dealers and national retail accounts in Western Canada. This role is critical to TELUS's consumer and SMB growth strategy. You’ll own channel performance, customer retention, and sales quality while building an engaged, developed, and empowered team. Your leadership will set the standard for channel excellence and drive a high sales performance culture across the organization.
