The Dinning Room Manager (Casual Part-Time) position is responsible for directing students in service procedures within the dining room. This role involves monitoring the dining room setup according to menu needs, ensuring correct service procedures, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The manager will also oversee the tear-down and clean-up of the dining area, tutor students on the Point of Sale (P.O.S.) system, and coordinate the involvement of wait staff in class activities.
