About the position
The Dining Room Server at Foundation Room in HOB Las Vegas is responsible for providing exceptional service in an upscale dining environment. This role requires a passion for hospitality, a strong knowledge of food and beverage, and the ability to create memorable dining experiences for guests, including VIPs and members. The server will perform table maintenance, ensure adherence to service standards, and effectively manage multiple tables while anticipating guests' needs.
Responsibilities
- Perform table maintenance duties according to HOB service standards.
- Recognize Foundation Room Members, Live Nation Corporate Executives, and VIPs to instill appreciation for their membership and patronage.
- Provide impeccable service with expert knowledge in bottle and wine service.
- Upsell and offer food and beverage suggestions to guests.
- Guide and direct guests through their dining experience utilizing recommendations and expertise.
- Understand and execute the standards and procedures of Bottle Service.
- Maintain exemplary and professional grooming standards.
- Handle cash and operate POS systems effectively.
- Manage intoxicated guests in a positive and safety-minded manner.
Requirements
- Valid Food Handler Card/Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent (TAM).
- Minimum of 2 years high volume experience in fine dining and nightlife operations.
- Working knowledge of high-end restaurant operations and safe, responsible alcohol service.
- Ability to handle multiple tables efficiently with a friendly attitude.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible schedule availability.

- Point of Sales knowledge, preferably MICROS.
