About The Position

Cat Digital is the digital and technology arm of Caterpillar Inc., leveraging modern technologies to deliver digital solutions for customers and dealers. This role supports project delivery within Digital Fleet & Operations Solutions (DF&OS) through coordination, tracking, and execution support. Supports the delivery of digital projects by assisting with planning, organizing, and monitoring project activities. Collaborates with project managers, product teams, and technical stakeholders to ensure projects are progressing according to plan.

Requirements

Working understanding of planning concepts and ability to support operational and tactical planning
Working knowledge of tools and ability to support tracking and coordination activities
Ability to analyze situations and escalate decisions appropriately with guidance
Working knowledge of tracking project progress, risks, and reporting status
Working knowledge of project management and ability to support execution activities
College or University degree or equivalent experience in computer science, information systems, analytics, business, or a closely related discipline.
3–5+ years of experience supporting digital or technical project teams
Familiarity with project management concepts, including planning, tracking, and reporting
Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, or similar
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and basic reporting tools

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day project activities, including maintaining schedules, tracking deliverables, and coordinating updates
Assist in developing and maintaining project plans under guidance
Help identify risks and support development of contingency plans
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables
Monitor project progress and escalate deviations, risks, or issues
Assist in evaluating deliverables to ensure alignment with expectations
Support adherence to project standards, processes, and quality expectations
Contribute to project documentation, status reporting, and communication
