About The Position
Provides analytical, technical, and operational support for digital signage networks, multimedia sound systems, and audiovisual communication platforms. Supports planning, coordination, and optimization of digital content delivery, system performance, and workflow processes. Applies management analysis skills to evaluate system effectiveness, identify improvements, and ensure reliable, mission aligned multimedia operations. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Requirements
- US Citizen
- Active Secret clearance
- 3–10 years of relevant experience in digital signage, multimedia systems, audiovisual operations, or management analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Experience supporting digital content workflows, audiovisual systems, or network based media platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate across teams, and communicate effectively.
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting DoD or federal multimedia communication environments.
- Familiarity with digital signage software, audiovisual control systems, or network based media distribution tools.
- Knowledge of sound engineering, multimedia production, or broadcast quality content delivery.
- Understanding of system integration, content management systems, and audiovisual troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Support the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of digital signage networks and multimedia sound systems.
- Analyze system performance, user requirements, and workflow processes to recommend improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate digital content scheduling, distribution, and quality assurance across multiple platforms and locations.
- Assist in developing and updating SOPs, technical documentation, and workflow processes for multimedia and signage systems.
- Troubleshoot system issues, coordinate with technical teams, and support resolution of audiovisual and network related problems.
- Conduct research and compile data to support system upgrades, capability assessments, and modernization initiatives.
- Prepare reports, briefings, and analytical summaries for leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure all multimedia operations comply with security, clearance, and information handling requirements.
