About the position

The Digital Marketing Coordinator at Parsec Education Inc. is responsible for driving digital marketing initiatives aimed at improving K-12 education outcomes. This role combines creativity and analytical skills to manage SEO, paid advertising, social media, email marketing, and content strategy, while overseeing lead generation efforts and tracking performance metrics. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and support strategic marketing initiatives with a focus on measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and traffic, backed by measurable success metrics.
  • Manage paid ads campaigns (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive qualified leads, optimize based on performance metrics, and report on results.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, adjust strategies based on insights, and report on KPIs to improve ROI.
  • Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
  • Create and oversee social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create compelling and strategic content for blogs, newsletters, social media, and other digital platforms with a focus on lead generation and SEO.
  • Track lead generation across digital marketing channels (including webinars and podcasts) and ensure the team meets or exceeds monthly/quarterly quotas.
  • Oversee the marketing, promotion, and execution of webinars and podcasts, ensuring strong attendance and engagement from prospects.
  • Maintain lead and customer data within HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy and assisting with reporting and tracking.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record in SEO, paid ads, and lead generation.
  • Experience managing and optimizing campaigns through Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other similar platforms.
  • Strong writing skills with experience in content creation and email marketing.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and lead tracking.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset, able to interpret data and make informed, strategic adjustments.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with webinar and podcast promotion and production.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.).
