This newly created position within Huron's Global Digital Capability will support the Digital Growth portfolio leadership team in driving the strategic growth and expansion of the portfolio's market offerings, focusing on delivering innovative solutions that enhance customer engagement and support broader front-office objectives to advance clients' strategic growth initiatives. The formation of the Growth Portfolio team is part of a long-term investment strategy to position Huron in front of a new set of clients and opportunities. The RGM Strategist will join our Revenue Growth Management Pod, a specialized team focused on helping clients develop and implement strategies to drive sustainable, profitable growth by optimizing pricing, promotions, product assortment, and other levers. By leveraging deep industry expertise, analytics, and data-driven insights, you will help develop and implement RGM strategies that enhance revenue performance and marketing position for clients. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, a passion for building and iterating quickly, and the ability to work directly with clients to define and implement solutions tailored to their needs. We are looking for someone who will thrive in an agile, pod-based structure, working alongside product managers, solution architects, data architects, design specialists, change experts, and client-facing consultants. This fast-paced environment enables rapid prototyping, testing, and refinement of market offerings to meet evolving client needs.
