About the position

The Director position at Huron involves leading with expertise and collaboration within the Intelligent Automation team. Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with Huron and client leaders to create sustainable solutions.
• Work within the Intelligent Automation team to address business challenges using human-AI collaborations.
• Build lasting relationships and create networking opportunities.

• Contribute to the professional development of Huron staff in project management and technical skills.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a consulting or advisory role focused on enterprise-scale platform implementations.
• Experience with estimating, implementation planning, functional application expertise, and project management.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills to establish trust and collaboration.
• Ability to establish credibility with senior-level client executives based on expertise and professionalism.
• Proven thought leadership demonstrated through speaking engagements or publications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects of varying scale and duration.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
