About the position

The Dietary Aide position at Trilogy Health Services is designed for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to grow within the culinary field. This role offers a unique opportunity to participate in the Fast Track Apprenticeship Program, allowing employees to gain expertise, increase earning potential, and earn college credit towards an Associate Degree, ultimately aiming for certification as a Lead Cook.

Responsibilities

• Growing your career through our Culinary Apprenticeship Program
• Serving meals to the residents of our health care campus
• Assisting in daily and/or scheduled cleaning duties, including work tables, meat blocks, refrigerators/freezers, sweeping and mopping floors, and performing dishwashing/cleaning procedures
• Setting up the dining room, meal trays, food carts, etc. as instructed
• Assisting Cooks in preparing meals

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience working in a restaurant setting is a plus
• Ability to serve food and beverage in a fine dining setting
