About the position
Cross Keys Village - The Brethren Home Community (CKV) is currently seeking Dietary Aides to become a part of our Dining team to provide our residents with a dignified dining experience. As a Dietary Aide working at CKV, we will provide you with opportunities to enjoy a friendly work environment guided by Christian values. Our current needs include: On-call with the ability to work morning, evening, weekend and holiday hours as needed. All Dietary Aide positions are eligible for CKV's current Welcome Bonus!
Responsibilities
- Cleaning dishes, pots and pans, equipment, and work areas of the kitchen.
- Following specific detailed instructions, policies and procedures, including sanitation and infectious control standards.
- Maintaining fire and safety standards.
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Previous experience in dining and/or a health care setting preferred.
- Must possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to routinely interact with residents, families, team members and visitors.
