About The Position
This position is responsible for maintenance and preventative maintenance on diesel engine trucks and trailers while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of mechanic work experience documented in the work history section of the application or be a graduate of an industrial maintenance training program (can be a combination of employers as long as experience is at least 6 months).
- 90 days wait period from last termination date.
- Candidates cannot have worked for Tyson 3X before.
- Must be able to work in all-weather/climate conditions from very cold to very hot.
- Must be able to work in a dusty environment.
- Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
