About the position

The Sales Associate at Dickies Arizona Mills is responsible for driving sales and providing excellent customer service while assisting the Store Sales Manager in daily operations. This part-time role involves engaging with customers, maintaining store standards, and supporting merchandising efforts to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Sales Manager in achieving monthly sales projections through personal selling.
• Complete company training programs to ensure excellent customer service.
• Implement basic merchandising principles and standards for proper sales floor display.
• Set up signage and display for promotions as directed by management.
• Ensure all stock is represented on the sales floor and report product issues to management.
• Carry out daily activities according to company policy and procedures.
• Use POS equipment as required by the company.
• Help account for merchandise movement and protect company assets from theft.
• Maintain the overall physical standards of the sales floor and stockroom.

Requirements

• Minimum of a high school education.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and presentation.
• Ability to take and follow directions.
