About the position
The Diagnostic Medical Sonography (DMS) Instructor is responsible for delivering quality instruction to students in the DMS program, ensuring that course objectives are met. The instructor will create a structured and disciplined classroom environment that fosters learning and prepares students for their future careers in the medical field.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality instruction to students in the Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.
- Maintain an organized and disciplined classroom environment.
- Impart knowledge of workplace requirements relevant to the DMS field.
- Support adult learners in achieving their educational goals.
Requirements
- At least four (4) years of experience as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer.
- RDMS Certification required in Abdomen and OB, must be in good standing.
- A minimum of an AA/AS degree from an accredited college.
