About the position

The position at New York Life involves supporting the General Office in San Antonio by driving agent retention and production efforts. The role focuses on implementing training programs, building partnerships with field management, and promoting sales initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Drive, monitor and support New Org Agent retention and production efforts.
  • Implement NYLIC University's Blended Learning Curriculum and Critical Selling Skills Systems.
  • Notify Agents of course deadlines and virtual session offerings.
  • Prepare for the facilitated delivery of Group Instruction and Drill (GID) sessions / Skill Builders.
  • Understand and navigate NYLIC University Online for Development Manager and Agent users.
  • Assign scheduled offerings, assessment review, and curriculum reporting.
  • Stay current with NYL Central implementation and train Agents on new system features.
  • Build partnerships with the General Office Field Management Team for effective Field Development System (FDS) execution.
  • Conduct Field Observation and Demonstration (FOD) sessions with Agents.
  • Lead National Prospecting Week efforts at the GO level.
  • Promote sales initiatives and incentives with Agents and GO Field Management Teams.
  • Work with the Managing Partner to implement the FDS system in the General Office.
  • Conduct Performance Review and Planning sessions with agents.
  • Train agents on prospecting processes and community engagement.
  • Utilize technology for training and support in a virtual environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Two-time Council qualifier with a solid Life Case Rate or Previous PF2 experience
  • Valid State Life and Health Licenses
  • FINRA Registrations- Series 6 & 63
