About the position

We are seeking a vROps Expert/Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with VMware vRealise Operations (vROps) and will be responsible for capacity planning, performance monitoring, and predictive analysis. You will need to understand dashboards, reports, and alerts within vROps, as well as metrics, KPIs, and health scores for infrastructure performance monitoring. Familiarity with VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter is essential, along with knowledge of compute, storage, and network performance monitoring. Additionally, you should have experience with datacenter resource optimization and workload balancing.

Responsibilities

• Leverages technical knowledge and industry experience to design, build and maintain technology solutions.
• Assists with selecting appropriate platforms, integrates and configures solutions.
• Develops software components and hardware for new and emerging technology projects; aligns these with business strategies and objectives.
• May provide consultation on common issues and best practices for junior staff.
• Provides a systematic analysis on client requirements within the traceability framework and resolves any functional problems encountered.
• Ensures quality of project deliverables while maintaining compliance with relevant standards and processes.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with VMware vRealise Operations (vROps).
