- Clean and detail inventory and customer vehicles.
- Train detail staff on processes for vehicle reconditioning.
- Conduct general maintenance of the shop and lot.
Requirements
- Professional detailing experience (buffing, carpet extraction, touch up, etc.)
- Excellent driving record and ability to drive in narrow passageways.
- Ability to take and follow procedures.
- Ability to detect and implement new ideas to increase efficiency.
- Good work ethic.
- Ability to lift items weighing upwards to 75 lbs.
- High school diploma or GED.
