About The Position

We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician with hands-on experience supporting Windows environments and a variety of end-user devices in a fast-paced, enterprise setting. This role will focus on providing technical support, device management, and ensuring a high level of service for end users.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience supporting Windows 11 and enterprise endpoint devices
  • Strong working knowledge of PC hardware and peripheral devices
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to manage workload effectively and support multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for Windows 11 environments, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and system issues
  • Support and maintain a wide range of endpoint devices including desktops, laptops, tablets, and scan guns
  • Assist users with Microsoft 365 applications, including setup, troubleshooting, and general support
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and peripherals to ensure optimal performance and connectivity
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, operating systems, and applications
  • Manage and prioritize support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with end users
