About the position
As a Design Consultant & Showroom Sales Representative at Bedrosians Tile & Stone, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by providing tailored design recommendations and promoting premium products such as tile, stone, engineered wood, flooring, and countertops. This position is based in Vista, CA, and involves engaging with customers to understand their design needs, performing sales transactions, and collaborating with colleagues to improve showroom aesthetics.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in Vista, CA to understand their design requirements and offer expert advice on selecting the perfect products for their projects.
- Perform sales transactions meticulously and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the showroom.
- Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and product offerings to provide effective recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve the visual appeal of the showroom in Vista, CA.
- Assist in organizing and hosting events occasionally, and potentially contribute to event planning efforts.
Requirements
- Must have a proven track record in sales, with a preference for a background in design such as interior or architectural design.
- Strong interpersonal skills are essential, along with a customer-focused attitude.
- The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, innovative, and capable of thriving in a dynamic work environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities are a must.
