Responsibilities

Support and actively promote the organization�s mission, core values, and long-term objectives while adhering to bylaws, regulations, and internal policies.
Review, sort, distribute, scan, and file internal documentation from various departments and branches.
Maintain and manage account signature cards and agreements for both active and closed accounts.
Conduct research and respond to inquiries for internal teams and external members.
Perform account and balance verifications and resolve discrepancies.
Balance assigned General Ledger accounts on a daily and monthly basis.
Complete daily balancing of ATM/ITM transactions (as assigned).
Process levies, garnishments, and account hold procedures in compliance with regulations.
Research, process, and correct redeemed savings bonds.
Handle daily return item processing.
Perform Fiserv IP processing and reconciliation.
Process and support IRA and HSA accounts, including assisting members with related inquiries (training provided).
