Responsibilities
- Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
- Manage assigned Systems, like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
- Set goals, delegate tasks to teams, follow up, and report results back to the team and other managers.
- Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience.
- Oversee sales promotions and ensure service staff are trained in service procedures.
- Organize Front Counter and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
- Ensure the restaurant delivers great quality food quickly and safely.
- Control food costs and train kitchen staff in production procedures.
- Hire qualified crew, train them well, and schedule them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals.
- Recognize and motivate Crew throughout their time working at the restaurant.
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
- Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
- Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.
