We are looking for a seasoned dentist with 4-8 years of experience who is looking to take the next step in their career and enter a path to practice ownership. What to expect: Morning huddle – begins at 7:45am with a positive thought, joke, or reviewing our team agreements. Well trained EDDA’s to help you be the most effective with your time. Technology that improves your diagnosis and patient care. (CBCT, intra-oral cameras, 3D scanner, Ceramill milling system, diagnodent, Velscope, CO2 and diode lasers, Nikon MSLR) Well educated patient base that values dentistry. Long-term mindset for patient relationships and treatment planning. Existing doctor owner would like to transition to focus on sleep dentistry.

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of experience as a dentist.
  • Ability to balance being an independent self-starter with a teachable and open attitude.
  • Appreciation for progress over perfection.
  • Commitment to making the work environment the best place to work.
  • Emotional intelligence.
  • Solid clinical background.
