Responsibilities

• Educate patients on recommended treatment plans, including procedures, timelines, and associated costs.
• Coordinate treatment schedules and appointments to accommodate patient preferences and ensure optimal efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with our dental team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
• Assist patients with insurance verification, payment options, and financial arrangements.
• Follow up with patients to address any questions or concerns and ensure satisfaction with their treatment experience.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Prior experience in a dental office or customer service role is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with patients.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in dental software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and service excellence.
