About the position
The Dental Practice Manager at Choice Healthcare Services is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, staffing, and general management of the dental practice. This role includes developing marketing strategies, managing human resources functions, and ensuring efficient billing and collections processes. The manager will also act as a liaison for technical support and will supervise office staff to ensure high-quality patient care and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Strategic planning for hiring office personnel and identifying target patients.
- Staffing and scheduling, including collecting resumes and pre-screening candidates.
- General office management, including processing bill payments and maintaining business practice plans.
- Assisting in human resources functions, such as overseeing payroll and managing employee grievances.
- Billing and collections, including data entry and assisting in insurance processing.
- Acting as a liaison for computer network support and assisting IT with technical issues.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1+ years of experience managing a dental practice.
- Experience utilizing Profit & Loss and financial reports for managing production goals.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
