About the position

The Dental Lab Technician 2 at ClearChoice is responsible for constructing sophisticated implant-based dental prosthetics to meet the exacting standards of fit and aesthetics. This role involves working closely with dentists and auxiliary staff to fill prescriptions and develop complex solutions for patients. The technician will operate under the supervision of the Laboratory Manager and is expected to apply a high degree of judgment on a patient-by-patient basis while following established best practices.

Responsibilities

• Construct sophisticated implant-based dental prosthetics to exacting standards for fit and aesthetics.
• Fill prescriptions from dentists and collaborate with dental staff.
• Use critical thinking to develop and share complex solutions with the dentist and auxiliary staff.
• Follow the direction of doctors and team members on a patient-by-patient basis.

Requirements

• A minimum of three years of hands-on technical experience in a dental laboratory setting.
• Basic knowledge of dental science, anatomy, and esthetics.
• Experience with full arch hybrid restorations, complete dentures, overdentures, and implant-based restorative techniques.

Nice-to-haves

• Digital Design Experience is highly preferred.
• Certification (CDT) or completion of an accredited dental laboratory program is preferred but not mandatory.
