Requirements

High school diploma
2 or more years dental front office experience required
Experience with Insurance Billing Processes and Collecting, Processing and Posting Payments
Experience with treatment Plan Preparation & Presentation
Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
Ability to collaborate with a team

Nice To Haves

5 or more years preferred dental front office experience

Responsibilities

Insurance coordination and verification
Treatment plan preparation and presentation
Patient and Insurance billing processes
Collecting, processing and posting payments
Answers incoming calls to include new patients and emergencies
Establishing trusting relationship with new patients
Tracking pending and incomplete treatments
Making sure dental goals are being met in regard to dental services
Appointment scheduling and confirmation
Scheduling productive and efficient provider schedules
Requesting records
Patient follow ups
Knowledge of case acceptances, budgeting, and insurance
