About the position
Konikoff Dental is looking for a full-time Dental Hygienist to join our clinical team in our Harbour View office located at 5849 Harbour View Blvd. Suffolk, Virginia 23435. Responsibilities
- Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health assessments
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
- Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
- Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
- Certification in local anesthesia (if applicable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
