About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Call Center Supervisor to lead our customer service team in the dental industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving team performance. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication with both customers and team members, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage call center staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Analyze call metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies.
  • Negotiate resolutions for customer inquiries and issues, ensuring satisfaction while adhering to company policies.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for team members to enhance their skills in customer service and sales techniques.
  • Communicate effectively with customers in English and Spanish (or other languages as needed) to address inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Monitor team performance through call monitoring, coaching, and feedback sessions.
  • Collaborate with management to develop policies and procedures that improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a call center environment is preferred.
  • Strong background in customer service with the ability to manage complex customer interactions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and use insights to drive performance improvements.
  • Experience in sales is advantageous, as well as the ability to negotiate effectively with customers.
