Just Pull It Dental is a growing network of dental clinics focused exclusively on extractions and urgent dental care. Our mission is simple: provide patients with fast, affordable relief in a streamlined clinical environment focused entirely on patient care. By eliminating many of the administrative complexities common in traditional dental offices, our teams are able to focus on efficiency, high-quality treatment, and compassionate service for patients in need of immediate care. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Assistant to join our Spring Hill team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced clinical environment and has experience supporting extraction and oral surgery procedures. The Dental Assistant will play an essential role in maintaining efficient patient flow, supporting providers during procedures, and ensuring patients receive excellent care throughout their visit.
Requirements
- Previous dental assisting experience required
- Experience in oral surgery or extraction-focused settings preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Team-oriented mindset with a patient-focused attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual skills are a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance during extraction procedures
- Support efficient patient flow in a high-volume setting
- Prepare treatment rooms and patients for procedures
- Take radiographs and assist with patient preparation
- Maintain infection control and sterilization standards
- Ensure accurate documentation and clinical organization
- Assist team members as needed to support daily operations
- Maintain professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail throughout each shift
