Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of continuous clinical experience is required.
• Ownership Mentality: You don't wait to be told what to do. You take full accountability for your rooms, your equipment, and your patient follow-through.
• Productivity Mindset: You hate waste. You are constantly looking for ways to make the clinical day smoother, faster, and better for the patient.
• A valid Tennessee RDA License is a must.
• Nitrous/X-ray certifications also required.
