About The Position
Preferred Search Group is partnering with a well-known dental practice in Friendswood, TX to find a Dental Assistant. This is a full-time position paying $20-24/hour PLUS an average monthly bonus of $1,000.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Radiology certificate
Nice To Haves
- Previous dental assisting experience, preferred
- Willingness to learn and an upbeat, positive personality
- Dentrix experience, preferred
Responsibilities
- Update and maintain client’s dental records
- Chart in OpenDental
- Perform routine dental cleanings and assist the dentist with complex dental procedures
- Take and process X-rays of patients
- Schedule patient appointments
- Advise patients on recommended oral hygiene
