About the position

Meridian Dental Care is seeking a permanent Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) for their Puyallup office. Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
• Manage patient records and charting in a digital format
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of dental assisting experience
• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification
• Familiarity with Dentrix and CEREC systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with digital charting
• Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
