The Demi Chef De Partie will participate in the preparation of food items according to guest orders with consistent quality, following recipe cards, as well as production, portion, and presentation standards. The Demi Chef De Partie will also be responsible for operating, maintaining, and cleaning kitchen equipment, assisting in controlling food costs and waste, and working harmoniously with colleagues. Additionally, this position involves training, motivating, and supervising kitchen employees, demonstrating new cooking techniques, preparing complete meals or specialty dishes, and potentially planning menus and requisitioning supplies.
