About The Position

This role sits within the MarTech Engineering team and supports the delivery of enterprise-scale personalization initiatives across digital and offline channels. You will lead cross-functional delivery efforts across GTM technology, marketing and sales enablement programs, and engineering support for personalized customer experiences. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in regulated industries, agile delivery, and a strong understanding of modern MarTech platforms.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in delivery management within large enterprises, preferably in regulated industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare, telecom).
  • Proven track record of delivering personalization and GTM technology programs.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies; Scrum experience preferred.
  • Experience working with MarTech platforms including Adobe Experience Platform (AJO, RT-CDP, Target), Pega CDH, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment across business and technical teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with compliance, privacy, and data governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of complex, multi-channel personalization programs across digital and assisted channels.
  • Manage cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, analytics, and vendor partners to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
  • Drive agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming with a focus on business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and success metrics for MarTech initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and data governance standards throughout delivery.
  • Provide delivery oversight and remove blockers to enable team velocity and alignment.
  • Support engineering teams working on platforms such as Adobe Experience Platform (AJO, RT-CDP, Target), Pega CDH, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Champion continuous improvement and delivery excellence across the MarTech portfolio.
