About The Position

This role involves operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Training will be provided on the job, online, and in the classroom. Successful candidates will possess strong communication skills, the ability to comprehend and give instructions, and interact verbally with customers and co-workers. They should also be able to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet quality control standards, deal with people, analyze data, and make judgments and decisions, all with a 'Can-Do' and 'Yes' attitude.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
  • Must be able to make correct monetary change.
  • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
  • Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately with speed.
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
  • Talking and hearing on telephone.
  • Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks.
  • Depth perception.
  • Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
  • The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under high stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.
  • Keep a positive attitude and calm demeanor in various customer interactions.
  • Talking, hearing and general communicating directly with customers.
  • Read labels, street maps and street signs in various light.
  • Far vision and Night Vision for driving.

Responsibilities

  • Operate all equipment.
  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
  • Prepare product.
  • Receive and process telephone orders.
  • Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
  • Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
