About The Position

This role involves delivering orders, operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, completing paperwork, and cleaning designated items daily. The position requires strong communication and customer service skills, including verbal and written communication, and the ability to handle customer interactions effectively, including service recovery.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age.
Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
2 years of driving history.
Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
Navigational skills to read a map and utilize navigational apps.
Ability to locate addresses within designated delivery area.
Must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
